  1. Hi, I'm new to these videos and want to try and get fitter. My problem is I can't get into any of the plank positions on this video. With the standard plank I'm doing it from my knees as a modification which is working for now, does anyone know a modification for the side plank? atm I'm just doing other exercises in those 30 seconds but if there's a modification to help me develop that strength I wanna try it. Any suggestions are appreciated.

  4. I feel like when I'm actually doing the workout I feel like its never ending, when I'm done I feel like I haven't done enough!! lol!!

  5. Do anyone else's neck hurts way too much on the starfish, oblique crunches and heel touches that they can barely do the exercises? I can't do it it's too hard on my neck

  6. Love the workout, but bothered by how the graphics cover the exercises – a challenge when you're trying to learn proper form. Music is a bit louder than the narration – may give up on this one.
