Flat Dumbbell Presses: 5 sets of 15,12,12,10,8 reps
Decline Barbell Press: 4 sets of 12,10,10,8 reps
Incline Machine Press: 3 sets of 12,10,8 reps
Machine Flyes: 3 sets of 12,12,10 reps
Cable Flyes: 3 sets of 15,12,12 reps
