  1. Right after my colleague informed me about the diet “lyly amazing guide”, I explored on Google and when I found it, I dropped more than 13 lbs in just a couple of weeks. The dietary plan is great. My close friend already shed 11 pounds too.

  3. Part of the issue is focusing on weight. Two years ago I got serious about my health and two years later I lost… ten pounds. That doesn't sound impressive, and yet people I meet always comment on how much better I look. We should see what we can do. I use to take fifteen minutes to run a mile, now I can do it in seven. I feel more alive and energetic and improved every aspect of my life.

  4. Unfortunately everything what is said in this video is true because I am an example of running 8 to 10 km three times a week and even gaining weight. I built my stamina, have strong legs and core but kilograms are still here and obviously without dieting they won't go down.

  5. Allot of points, opinions, debates and approaches. In my opinion its about finding what works for you and do your best to develop an strategy you can follow overtime. Some people can and will commit to intense body activity and limiting foods. But for me that dint work.. sure I lost the weight "fast" lol. But i regain it by not having a long term plan that i could learn to live by.

    Now I finally realized that for my body and genetics is about eating smaller portions of foods and being fairly active and I can have already notice the weight loss at a smaller and slower rate. It could take years but im learning to live differently. Its better than how I was on my P90x mood" always hungry, craving, stressed, and angry… so for me it took years of learning and hopefully in the years to come i can achieve my weight goal.

  6. that's the thing about exercise. you don't burn massive 2300 calories in 2 hours of squats or deadlifts. but, here comes the twist. once you're done. you go home. And during the next 48-72 hours your damaged/micro tears [if exercise is done with honesty] are healed by the body. And in this process a lot of fat is burnt. because you aren't burning energy. you literally are making your body again.

  7. So kids, as any person that honest about realitywould say, work out and don't eat donuts and fastfood and you'll get slim

  8. OMG with the comments about "this video is stupid." What don't you get? Be a good listener! They are saying eating right is more important than exercise. They didn't say exercise is not useful. Rewind the video, they mentioned it at the beginning.

  9. Does no one notice the fact that your body is forced to run on something, its not just going to go – oh cant brun More calories, those gotta go to the resting metabolism. You cant run a car on no fuel neither can you a human. This entitet video is BS

  10. implementing government policy in order to help people eat right is the stupidest thing I have ever heard. although I agree that exercise is not the only factor that contributes to weight loss but it boils down to knowing how to lose weight. this video does not help the people trying to lose weight and does them a huge disservice.

  11. What they forget to mention is you can have more energy burned while resting if you have more muscle or are taller. Because to maintain that kinda of mass or body type you have to produce more heat therefore more energy is burned. So Becoming muscular is idea for the best Resting Metabolism.

  12. Have you ever thought about adding a little bit more than just your articles? I mean, what you say is fundamental and all. Nevertheless think of if you added some great images or videos to give your posts more, “pop”! Your content is excellent but with pics and videos, this site could certainly be one of the very best in its field. Great blog!
