Having weighed 145kgs – watching you train, the supplements you take and the nutritional food you take has been a real motivation but one thing is lacking … can you please share your recommended playlist that gets you pumped for the gym … anything like your intro song gets me geed!!!

    After consistently watching all your videos, it's apparent that "Salmon Sunday's" has been slowly taking over the other days of the week. Salmon Wednesday's just doesn't have that nice ring to it though. We need to collectively come up with new names for all the other days of the week Salmon is consumed on.   7. See your biceps just doing the dance on those dumbells. Cooking! Had a good ride this weekend with my mates until one of us decided to burn away, showing off. She hit a gravel patch, fishtailed and bike flipped, cartwheeling down the road. She was flung to the side. Bike smashed. She's got broken foot, skin off calf 3 inch branch up under her knee and buttcheek scraped raw with rocks embedded. Doesn't remember a thing. I saw it all. Other boys too far back. Lucky girl. She already wants to buy another bike 😀

  8. Yo Eddy, I noticed on your dumbbell press you keep you hands on the inner part of the handle, is that how you always do it and do you recommend that over a normal grip? I've been doing my incline barbell press with a push up and back over my head slightly and it hits all upper chest, gonna try the way you did it. Also you can do a push up that way swoop down and forward than press back and up, I can only do a few reps perfect form before it becomes too hard but a few reps your upper chest will be swole.
