  3. i lost a lot of weight due to a bad depression spell and being hospitalized. i was already small but i had a visible nice round booty. now im a stick and just getting back to eating solid food. i only have weights at home not ankle weights. any tips on how to get my body back? stretches exercises, food items, etc
