  1. Hi Scott: some of your example exercises seem counter-intuitive to me. The range of the front raise with plate differs from the usual front deltoid raise as this goes over and behind your head. Am I over-thinking this? (probably 🙂 )

Im basically a beginner when it comes to lifting weights, although I've been getting into it for a couple years now I wasn't getting any results. That is until I tried out some of your exercises.   7. Scott, I've been raising the weight with my dumb bell shoulder/military press. This shouldn't affect the outcome of this routine should it? Sorry if this sounds like a dumb question, I'm very new to lifting.
