  6. Actually…. our bodies are pretty freakin smart. It craves certain foods because it knows what it wants to get sugars/fats/carbs when we deprive it of those thing. …. maybe YOU are the stupid one…

Love all your videos… But must bring up that our bodies are made by an amazing God and are not stupid- if we are healthy and not riddled with bad bacteria or parasites our bodies will give us good signals of what it needs right? And we crave what we actually need…thx Dr.Berg! Our bodies are amazing and made amazingly !! It's when unhealthy that we crave bad things.

  10. I took the advice of a buddy and researched “lyly amazing guide” on Google. It may be the greatest weight loss program I’ve ever before seen and gives immediate results to users. Inside a week, I’ve already dropped 14 lbs.
