    muje aksar msla hota ha. jb mai gym ma training start krta ho tb training krty huy muje vomit ki feeling bht zyda ati ha. kya kro mai. gym jny se km se km 1hour 30min phly jo b khana hta ha kha lta ho . kya kro mai.

  2. butter khana se fat ziyada hua toh q ke meri puri body mai fat bhot kam hai but stomac pe todah hai toh butter use karna sahi rahega ?

Excellent Plan Thank you bhai, mein bahut dino sein dhunda raha Indian Meal plan ko, keu ki America ko meal plan ko follow karna mere liye asahan nahi hein… Bhai meri weight almost 75 KG hein aur meri height 5.10", mein saam ko 8.30 sey leke 10.30/11 tak workout karta hoon… I hope apki eyi plan aj sey mein follow karna shuru karu… Aur ek question hein meri.. meiyne roj 2/3 andey khata hoon but as our south east Asian weather not remain always cool so bhai andey ke alternative mein koun si food try karunga, please batayee… Shukria…

    protein grm 140×4=560 calories.
    carbs gram 280×4=1120calories
    fat garm 70×9=610 calories.
    560+1120+610=2390 calories total .
    if I am wrong tell me.
