  3. I dont know about NE but here in CA we dont think looking small and lean looks good. I eat what i want and go hard leaning out later and do enough cardio that i dont get harmfully over weight. I dont drink ever and thats most important to getting stronger. As far as getting laid only a few times a week or even none. Nobody said gaining massive power is fun.

  4. I can tell the people who comment on his videos are extremely young and naive. Stop focusing on the fucking accent ,but the content of the video its super important to get the perfect proportional body, something im guessing post of these ignorant juveniles could never have. ?

  5. I used your BMR and muscle gain calculator and this was the result:

    Calorie Goal : 2916
    Protien Intake Goal : 229
    Fat Intake Goal : 63
    Carbohydrate Intake Goal : 358

    But how can my calorie goal be 2916 when my protien intake, fat intake and carb intake only adds up to 660ish calories. I am obviously missing something, can someone help?
