  2. Tryin this out tmmrw! I've gained sm within the pass year and lookin at my old pictures makes me wanna cry seein how good my body used to be but I never bothered before. I wouldn't say my weight is bad now but I still want to get better. Hopefully this works

  3. everyone wrote that the workout is almost impossible. they say after 5 minutes you are "dead".i wanted to do the workout and in some moments it was super hard but i didn't give up and i made it to the end without extra breaks or other things.you have to believe in yourself
