  1. Does this make your legs slimmer? I know it makes your butt more bigger and toned and your abs flat but does this mak your thighs bigger like it does to your butt? I need slimmer legs someone pls help!!!

  2. Anyone help? If you still eat crap but decrease your portions will you still lose weight, or do you have to eat healthily?

  4. I was looking at going to the gym but don't want people staring as I have not been in a gym since I left school in 2009 and don't really know what I'm doing, but the thought of following this in my own home also makes me feel embarrassed and I really don't know why.?

  5. Looks like I could adapt this to accommodate my two hip replacements. If I haven't posted anything three months from now, I'm lying cast in my living room wondering how to heck to unravel myself…
